I originally had an appointment with another carpet cleaning company but they cancelled on me two hours before my appointment. I got on the phone calling a few places for a same-day appointment. Tim was very nice and accommodating. He was able to send someone over on short notice (Thank you!). Our technician was Martin. He was very efficient and did a great job. The carpet looked nice and clean, the price was reasonable and my husband was very pleased as well. I highly recommend USA Carpet cleaning services and plan to use them in the future.

Amazing company!! Punctual for my appointment( actually early) texted me about 1 hour before arrival to make sure it was ok. Very friendly and honest with their prices. No upselling strait to the point. I will definitely be hiring again. If you need your carpets, couch or rugs cleaned this should be your choice.

I had requested several quotes via Yelp. They were the first to get back and had the lowest price. Good communication. Their employee Martin was friendly and efficient.
